When looking for property, it makes sense to have an agent who has a duty to protect your best interest.  As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, I have completed special training, passed a national examination and satisfied experience requirements in representing buyers. 

As your buyer's agent, I am committed to providing you with service that is professional, responsive and courteous while helping you find the perfect property.  Here is my 10 point plan to fulfill this commitment:

I will:
1.  Consult with you to determine your specific real estate needs and wants.
2.  Be responsive -- promptly return phone calls and emails, and proactively keep you informed of new listings and real estate trends in the area.
3.  Develop a customized search plan to help you find the perfect property.
4.  Take full advantage of the extensive portfolio of products offered by Prudential, the largest brokerage in Utah, to help you find your dream home.
5.  Use the most comprehensive source of listings in the area to help you find the perfect home -- regardless of listing office.
6.  Disclose material facts and answer questions about properties.
7.  Guide you through the maze of activities required once you have your dream home under contract.
8.  Provide you with information about other professionals (attorneys, accountants, inspectors, contractors) who may assist you during and after your move.
9.  Help you with financing alternatives that meet your needs at the lowest possible rates available to you.
10. Be honest and forthright, respecting you and your needs, and hold your best interests in the highest regard throughout the process.

I take this commitment very seriously.  If at any time you feel that I have not provided the professional job you hired me to do, I ask that you notifiy me of your concerns and give me an opportunity to correct them.  If I fail to do so, you may terminate our Buyers Agency Agreement.
