I will call you at least once a week for a status update -- marketing efforts, number of showings and feedback from agents and prospective buyers. 3. I will provide you with market research -- what other properties are on the market, their prices, how long they have been on the market and any new sales in the area. 4. I will provide you with a newsletter that features information on real estate, trends in the area, tips for buyers and sellers and other related topics. 5. I will prepare a color brochure on your home and make sure you have an adequate supply at all times. 6. I will develop a detailed, customized marketing plan that outlines the specific promotional plan for your home -- more than just a sign and a flyer. 7. I will actively market your home -- including telemarketing, direct mail and referral programs. 8. I will help you stage your home to position it to sell quickly. 9. I will assist you with negotiations and provide you an estimate of the net sales proceeds so you understand the implications prior to any acceptance. 10. After you have a contract, I will guide you through pre-settlement activities to ensure that the sale goes through as smoothly as possible.
